Join this workshop dedicated to inverted postures, characterized by the heart rising above the head. They are not only beneficial for health, but they are also fun, improve body awareness, and offer a new range of movements.

In this workshop, you will learn techniques to improve ground inversions, including forearm and hand balancing, along with the tools and mindset needed to achieve them. You will also learn techniques for performing various acrobatic lifts, with a focus on balance, alignment, and integration. We will explore the role of steady breathing in inversion practice and the importance of connecting with the subtle aspects of our body and mind to find presence and control in a pose. Our goal is to equip you with the tools to approach inversions with more control and awareness. At the same time, developing body awareness through surrender, trust, and positive communication in shared practice forms an important foundation. We also aim to combine fun, movement, and well-being. "If it’s fun, it’s good." So, are you coming with us?

When?       Friday 27 December + Saturday 28 December from 18:00 to 20:30.

For who?    For youth and adults aged 16 and up (born before September 2008).

                       No prerequisites needed. This workshop is open to everyone. :)

With who?   with Mira, trained at the École de Cirque de Bruxelles, and André, both trained at Piste d’Azur.

What to bring?  We recommend coming in sportswear and bringing a bottle of water.
