Workshop « Tournons en l’air »

In this workshop, we will learn what it feels like to spin in the air, focusing specifically on rotation in the aerial straps using both arms and even one arm! We will also set up aerial silks, ropes, and hoops to feel the difference and adapt to different apparatuses. It's a technique to discover in theory, on the ground, and in the air.

When?          Saturday 20th + Sunday 21st July 2024 from 13:00 to 16:00.

For who?      For young people and adults born before September 2012 (12 years old and over).

No levels required. This course is open to everyone. :)
