Aerial silks - intermediate (12 yo and +)

Come release your body from gravity and play with it!

You'll be able to twist, hang, swing and spiral to enter and exit various tricks.

 To prepare you to twirl in the air, the sessions

 will begin with targeted warm-ups and strengthening before

 taking your feet off the ground and doing figures in the air. Stretching and

 Flexibility exercises will help you land softly.

When?      Every Monday from 17:00 to 19:00.

!!! For reasons of work in our building, the beginning of the classes will take place the week of October 7, 2024. End of the course: The week of June 16, 2025 (inclusive).

For who?    For young people and adults born before September 2012 (12 years and over).

Prerequisites: being able to hang for 5 seconds on two arms, to do a climb, and to invert from the ground.
