"Flow Acrobatics" Workshop with Anna

This flow acrobatics workshop aims to provide a fundamental understanding of floor acrobatics based on the fundamentals of acrobatics, contemporary floor work and improvisation. We will cover topics such as inversions, momentum, weight distribution, release, and using gravity to stimulate the body and mind.

When? ​   Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th August 2024 from 10:00 to 13:00.

For who?    For young people and adults born before September 2008 (16 years old and over).

​No levels required. This course is open to everyone. :)

With who?    with Anna, specialized in acrodance, with training in handstands, partner acrobatics and contemporary dance. She studied contemporary circus in the circus schools AFUK in Denmark, INAC in Portugal and finalized in Spain in CREAT Circ in 2024.
