Rope and Aerial silk - Dynamic movements Workshop with Daisy

After a collective warm-up on the ground then on the apparatus, we will work on dynamic figures and creation of sequences with the smooth rope and/or aerial silk. Preparatory floor exercises will also be offered to better understand the movement.

When?        Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st July 2024 from 10:00 to 13:00.

For who?     For young people and adults born before September 2009 (15 years and over).

!!! Prerequisites required to participate in this workshop:

This workshop is intended for beginners or intermediate levels. The only requirement for the workshop is to be able to mount the apparatus and perform an inversion.
