Workshop « Aerial hoop » 12 yo and +

Fr. : Cet atelier a pour but d'apprendre les bases des mouvements dynamiques et d'explorer les différents points de contact avec le cerceau. Étape par étape, nous pouvons s’approcher des figures plus complexes. Nous travaillerons également sur des chorégraphies, afin de trouver une manière fluide de passer d'une figure à l'autre.

En. : The aim of this workshop is to learn the basics of dynamic movement and explore the different

points of contact with the hoop. Step by step, we can approach more complex figures.

We'll also work on choreography, to find a fluid way of moving from one figure to another.

For who?   For youth and adults born before September 2012 (12 years and older).

No level required. This course is open to everyone. :)​

To expect?    We ask that you come dressed in workout gear. We recommend bringing a sweater and long pants that can protect your arms and legs from burns, but it's up to you. ;)
