Trapeze - Aerial Hoop 12 yo and +

Come float and dance in the air! Trapeze and aerial hoop (or hoop) offer frames inviting you to wind, hang, and turn around the element to enter and exit various figures. To prepare you to twirl in the air, the sessions will begin with targeted warm-ups and strengthening before taking your feet off the ground and doing figures in the air. Stretching and flexibility exercises will help you land softly.

When?      Every Thursday from 17:15 to 19:00.

!!! For reasons of work in our building, the beginning of the classes will take place the week of October 7, 2024. End of the course: The week of June 16, 2025 (inclusive).

For who?    For young people and adults born before September 2012 (12 years and over).
