Partner Acrobatics / AcroYoga 16 yo and +

In partner acrobatics, two or more people connect to create amazing shapes and dynamic flows. It is a great practice for building up your strength, balance, communication, and trust.

When?      30 weeks of classes:

-        Tuesdays from 19:00 to 21:00 for beginners 

or

-        Thursdays from 19:00 to 21:00 for initiateted

!!! For reasons of work in our building, the beginning of the classes will take place the week of October 7, 2024. End of the course: The week of June 16, 2025 (inclusive).

For who?    For young people and adults born before September 2008 (16 years and over).
