Aerials beginners (8 yo and +)

Come release your body from gravity and play with it!  You will learn how to coil, hang, swing and do

spiral to enter and exit various tricks, whether on the aerial silk, the trapeze or the aerial hoop.

 To prepare you to twirl in the air, the sessions

 will begin with targeted warm-ups and strengthening before

 taking your feet off the ground and doing figures in the air. Stretching and

 Flexibility exercises will help you land softly.

When?     Every Thursday from 15:30 to 17:00.

!!! For reasons of work in our building, the beginning of the classes will take place the week of October 7, 2024. End of the course: The week of June 16, 2025 (inclusive).

For who?    For young people and adults born before September 2016 (8 years and over).

 Prerequisites: Having completed at least 2 years of Pluri for the ones under 12 yo.
